The scene was from the front porch of Dan and Gilley Melton’s home that was next to the old Riverwood studio. Bob found it difficult to cut ties with Riverwood and painted scenes from there even after he was at his newest studio on Highway 47.
Dan and Gilley’s house was destroyed by fire and is no longer there.
